Some very comprehensive reviews here already so I will keep mine short.
This is an ideal primer for the subject area, the format is easy to read & the book is far less "author-ego" driven than some of the others in this class.

The focus is on the Uncle Sam side of the pond, naturally, given where the author maintains her nest - but then that's exactly what a lot of authors need. Embrace the global economy (via Amazon) before the low-emission dolphins push it back into the box and you're limited to the part-time bookshop in the local village again. A lot of this will translate very successfully to the UK psyche and UK markets and a lot of the suggestions ... Read More
